Today, I am delighted to introduce you to poet, Jude Clutch. I met Jude through his participation in Colleen Chesebro’s weekly poetry challenge which you can join in here: https://colleenchesebro.com/blog/
Jude has shared one of his lovely poems here and the reason he wrote it.
An orchestra of emotions
With the sensual hum of a scarlet violin
and the tingling strum of his eager guitar
With the orgasmic resonance of her rebel drums
and the ‘orgyastic’ rhythm of a convict piano
They twisted and twirled
Swished and swirled
Forever enter twined
In the music of their union
I love this poem because I wrote it for two friends who were getting married.

Yes, they moved there from Kisumu, Kenya, where my parents were born. Though we are Indian by heritage.
I’ve never been to Kampala.

Well access to food is wayy easier in Kampala compared to rest of east Africa, and it’s a party city

Robbie, I love this poem. Only wish I had found it when I was a younger man and my wife and I ‘danced’ more…😉

What a wonderful poem 🤗. I enjoy Ritu’s answer about her worldwide (in space too? ;-)) family connection. We should come to this point in the EU too. How great it would be living as a “big family”. Best wishes, Michael

Hi Michael, I am so glad you enjoyed Jude’s poem. Ritu has a huge and lovely family, she is very lucky. It would be nice if people could all get on together. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas and all the very best for 2020.

A nice poem…more considering the purpose it was written for.
