Pain bubbles – haikus

Yesterday was a very traumatic and difficult day for me (not related to my family). I have found that if I capture the pain into little poetry bubbles it helps me heal.

So here are my little pain bubbles:

Of course, everything passes. Time heals all pain. This too will pass but the scar will remain.

      1. I understand, Robbie. There are a lot of injustice or cultural, or political issues and more that cause human suffering. I have a friend’s son who came back from war zone and suffers PTSD, having night sweat, couldn’t hold a job because when panic attack hits, he just have to leave work. His suffering is caused by doing good for the country!

  1. We are sorry to hear that yesterday was a difficult one Robbie and even though we all experience them its never easy when they happen. The great part is knowing in our hear you are a winner and will come back stronger. Your “poetry bubbles” are wonderful.
