Introducing Rosie’s Review-A-Book Challenge #RRABC

Did you know that 99% of the reading public never post a review for a book?

At Rosie Amber’s Book Review Team (six years and going strong!), we often look at ways to encourage more people to review.  This autumn, Rosie has planned a Review-A-Book Challenge, with a great list of books to choose from, all free of charge to anyone serious about writing a review for her blog – and possibly joining the review team, if you enjoy the process.

Each day for a week or so, she will feature articles on how to write simple reviews, on choosing a star rating, and many more.  The challenge is open to all, from experienced reviewers to those who have never written one.  If this has piqued your interest and you would like to take a look at the books on offer, please click here:

Here are links to two of the posts about reviewing books that Rosie has published to date:

    1. Hi Jacqui, I never thought of reviewing books before I wrote a book myself and discovered how important they are. Now I review every book I read. I have improved with my reviews and have a formula I use.

  1. At first thank you to all the reviewers! For readers its great to have reviews – at least one – before reading the book itself. I am feeling so guilty had not done any review till now, but honestly i am just in working on better language skills. Then i will (try to) do too. Michael

    1. Hi Michael, I am glad you are improving your English and enjoying reading new books. Reviewing can come later. I review because I think writing about what I liked, or didn’t like, in a book helps my own writing. It also helps the author.

  2. Hi Robbie, I would be more than grateful if you could review my first poetry book for me. It’s available in Amazon but I can also send it to you in the mail.
