I know, I know, it is not Sunday. I actually do know this because, unlike some of my friends, I am still working and home schooling. I didn’t get a chance to post my fondant floral pictures yesterday because our internet went off suddenly. It didn’t come back on for a few hours so I had to find something else to do … I started reading Fear by Roald Dahl … really good stories, I must tell you.
Anyhow, here are my pictures of my floral fondant designs for Terri from Second Wind Leisure Perspectives prompt #Sunday Stills:
Giant roses cake
Fondant lilies
Golden roses chocolate cake
Wired flowers and buds
Lilies of the valley.

I adore the lilies. Since we don’t get to go to church this Sunday, I will treasure my chance to see your rendition of our traditional lilies that decorate the sanctuary.

Yes, it is a terrible shame that we can’t participate in the Easter religious services this year, Elizabeth. Its the first time ever.

I am having to work very hard at the moment, Jim. I feel as if the whole world is having a holiday and I haven’t been invited. I know I should be grateful to be working, but that is how it feels.

someday, soon I hope, you and your family wool look back on this and be quite impressed with, and grateful for, all that you have been doing during this crisis! I know I am!

I know I am, TAndy. It is just an awful lot with it being so busy, the boys needing help at home and not home help at all. I feel like I am going crazy today.

Thank you, Diana. Generally, people don’t eat the fondant flowers and figures. I have a few friends and family members who keep them, they last for a long time.

Those flowers are amazing. I tried to make icing flowers once in my life, without success. They looked nothing like yours!

It does take a bit of practice, Jacqui. I started off with simple flowers and built up to the wired ones. It takes patience to make wired flowers as you have to make them in stages.
