I’m with you on all the steps–including rest. I have a list of Digital Citizenship rules for kids and that is one of them–step away from the device, rest. Nice.

Indeed, I try to rest while stretching my back on the floor and listening to an audio book (one I have listed to before as I often dose off. )

The desire to learn is so strong in children. Sadly it sometimes gets shut down. I am glad I still, at 71, have a strong drive to learn new things. Blogging is excellent for exposing me to many new people and countries.

Young adults don’t seem to have the same desire to learn that my generation had. Or it could be I am measuring them against myself at the same age. I was always hugely driven to learn. I still am.
