Sally Cronin is having a smashing Halloween party over at Smorgasbord blog. You must pop in and visit here: https://smorgasbordinvitation.wordpress.com/2018/10/31/smorgasbord-halloween-fancy-dress-party-with-fabulous-guests-ghosts-demons-and-stand-ins/
The boys thought they would gate crash the event. They are all dressed up as well as being a few years younger so no-one will recognise them:
Greg is Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean. His mother made his costume.
Michael is King Neptune. His mother made this costume too!
On their way over they collected Sir Chocolate and the Candy Dragon from Sue Vincent’s blog. Sue featured them in a story on her blog last year.
Sir Chocolate and the Candy Dragon
On the day before Halloween,
Sir Chocolate was really busy,
Making candy and chocolate treats,
So fast it would make you dizzy.
Edible spiders and caterpillars,
A set of shortbread fingers,
His gingerbread tombstones
with a spicy smell that lingers.

They also collected a cake from Sir Chocolate’s Chocolatier. It is a wizard hat cake – isn’t it great!
You can learn how to make this cake here: https://robbiesinspiration.wordpress.com/2017/10/15/halloween-wizard-hat-home-cake/
Last but not least, they collected the trolls from their Halloween gingerbread mansion. I hope the party goes are prepared for this scary lot.
Happy Halloween everyone!
