Pain bubbles – haikus

Yesterday was a very traumatic and difficult day for me (not related to my family). I have found that if I capture the pain into little poetry bubbles it helps me heal.

So here are my little pain bubbles:

Heart

Roses

Of course, everything passes. Time heals all pain. This too will pass but the scar will remain.

Robbie and Michael Cheadle are the co-authors of the Sir Chocolate Book series and Robbie Cheadle is the author of Silly Willy goes to Cape Town

      1. That’s good Robbie sometimes we just get overwhelmed by circumstances, don’t we? Totally unconnected have you got a good recipe for a gingerbread house my grandaughter wants a frozen one 🙂

      1. I understand, Robbie. There are a lot of injustice or cultural, or political issues and more that cause human suffering. I have a friend’s son who came back from war zone and suffers PTSD, having night sweat, couldn’t hold a job because when panic attack hits, he just have to leave work. His suffering is caused by doing good for the country!

  1. Robbie, let it out! I do the same thing. I try to envision my pain in words and once it’s written it leaves my heart. The pain is still there but it will subside eventually. Here’s a big hug! ❤️❤️❤️
